Tommy was a family friend since I can remember. I will always cherish his memory and the good times we had together. He was also a hero to myself and many more for the talent he had as a race car driver. He drove for some of the best dirt racing teams of his era and won a ton of races. Tommy, Although I know you have passed, it still seems so unbelievable. And as I struggle to find the words, I feel it necessary to pay homage to the man I knew... You were a Father, a Friend, a Grandfather, yet just a man. And to those who knew you best, you seemed invincible. You were strong, vivacious, and everyone would agree, extremely tenacious. From the moment you received the diagnosis, you were determined to persevere. You waged a battle against Cancer that was nothing short of remarkable, your sheer will and strength, admirable.
