I miss you terribly, I am so thankful for the childhood we had. You taught us so much and loved us unconditionally. You simply were the Best. I love you and miss you everyday. I know you are so much better off and I know you delivered those hugs and kisses to Mom and Grandma for me.
Daddy this is a picture of I cherish, I took it about 3 Christmas’s ago and you had so much life in you and everything was going well. But boy did things change quickly, I watched you go down hill and get confused so fast, your mind started leaving you and we saw a different person. But you were still my daddy and I am proud to be your daughter, you raised me in the fear of the Lord and gave us right from wrong and brought us up in church. You provided for us, you were a hard working man and you loved us. You loved to have snowball fights with us when it snowed and sneak up on us and pelt us with a snowball when we were not looking. And making snow cream was in that ice cold kitchen and watching football on Sunday afternoon you pulling for one team me for another one. Us canning in the summer time and you manning the cooker.
I wasn’t ready to say goodbye but Gid needed you home.

Daddy I couldn’t come see these last few months like I wanted, but I thought of you every day. You were my hero, you were a hard working man that I was proud to have as my dad. I never had to worry about anything growing up, you provided for us kids and gave us a loving home.
Thank you for the upbringing you and mother gave me, and I hope I made you proud. I am blessed to have had such wonderful parents!

Well, not sure where to start. Grandpa, thank you for all the great memories and everything you did for me. You were always one of the toughest men I ever met. I remember those Monday nights watching football and eating redskin peanuts. Going to miss those times we watched the Daytona 500 together and especially the one that our favorite driver won. I remember that like it was yesterday. I hope that I have made you proud because I was proud to be your grandson. Please give my grandma a kiss as well as my aunt. This is not goodbye; this is I will see you later. Love you!!!!!
Roy, I don’t know where to start but I’m going to start with saying thank you for everything that you have done for me. You were the best and you are missed terrible. Roy I will never forget the laughs, cry’s, and all of the great memories we’ve shared. I’m not going to say goodbye but I will say that I love you and I will see you later. Grandpa, you taught me so much. I learned how to garden, care for flowers, and what not to say to grandma! We always enjoyed our redskin peanuts (which you never hid well from me), cut up apples ate with toothpicks, canning, and every moment spent together was a blessing. Ill always be your baby and I cannot wait to see you again. Give grandma and aunt Janet a kiss from me, I'll see you again I promise!
I just called him Dad, he taught me the difference between right and wrong, guided me and helped make me who I am today. He and Mom always provided for us even when times where rough, but we always knew we were loved. He took me hunting and fishing when I was a young child, didn't matter where we at I knew I going to enjoy it. As I grew older and he grew older we could sit on the back porch and he would tell me all kind of stories of his youth and we would just laugh. I love you Dad and miss those moments all ready, give Mom and Sis a kiss for me, until we meet again, your son Dale.
