Robert J.Roland, 81, of Albemarle passed away Thursday, December 20, 2018 in his home surrounded by his loving family. His funeral service will be 11 AM Monday, December 24, 2018 in the Stanly Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve C Read Obituary
Joyce and family, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Robert. He was a true family man and enjoyed you all, Family was center of his life. I worked with Robert at Alcoa and he was a good man. My prayers are for the entire family during this time of great loss.

We are saddened to hear of Robert's passing. He was the 1st one to get me to start eating catfish. My husband and I worked with him for years at Alcoa. Many prayers of condolences to all of the family he was a wonderful friend and man. ??
