Margaret Almond Shepherd, 86, of Albemarle passed away Friday, November 19, 2021 in her home. Her funeral service will be 3 pm Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at Sweet Home Baptist Church with Rev. Preston Young presiding. Burial will Read Obituary
Kenneth, Judy, & Shirley, I am going to miss Margaret, she was a sister I could talk with and love. I know she is in heaven now and sitting at JESUS feet, walking the streets of gold. I'm here if you need anything, just let me know. Love each of you.
My deepest sympathy for Margaret’s family. She was a wonderful person and such a pleasure to be around. She had the best smile and sweetest disposition. She will be greatly missed.

I meant Mrs. Margaret when I attended Sweet home Baptist Church. She was a wonderful lady. We went to lunch together a time or two and I loved to hear her stories. Occasionally she would call me by mistake because I was one number below whoever she was calling but we always had the nicest conversations. I know she is happy to finally meet her Lord and to be reconciled with Bill.
So sorry to here that Margaret passed… She was so good to me & Gary…. Sure wish I could have seen more of her & her family…never forget the day she made a red velvet dress for me in the weekend that we were there in her home with Gary’s parents… Grant & Zela Hill…. She was a sweet lady.. never put off seeing family….. Rest In Peace sweet lady….praying for you all….
Margaret was a very precious friend to me at church and never failed to hug me and let me know she loved me. I will miss her and Ik y’all have suffered a great loss and my prayers go out to y’all and may God comfort y’all during this time. With deepest sympathy, Debra Bowers
