Leslee C. Garner's Obituary
Leslee Clolinger Garner, 56, of Albemarle, NC went home to be with Jesus on July 8, 2016. Her funeral will be Tuesday July 12 at 8 PM in the Stanly Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott Faw and Rev. Wayne Willis officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM prior to the service. Burial will take place Saturday July 16 2016 in Jubilee Memorial Gardens in Daphne, Alabama.
Born March 10, 1960 in Clarke County, Alabama, Leslee is the daughter of the late John Russell Clolinger and her surviving mother, Peggy Payne Clolinger. She was a graduate of Mobile College School of Nursing and worked as a Registered Nurse for Neighborhood Nurses Health Care Services in Monroe, NC.? She was a member of West Stanly Baptist Church. Leslee loved cross-stitching, raising Christmas cactus? and was an avid Alabama football fan. She was a devoted grandmother and a very loving person.
Mrs. Garner is survived by her husband, Billy Wayne Garner of the home. Other survivors include a step son, Zachary C. Garner, sisters, Amy McIntyre (Dale) and Mona Sanderson (Terry), nephew, Russell Sanderson (Vanna) and Step- grandchildren, Eden Rabren, Marlee Garner, and Lilee Garner. Leslee is preceded in death by her grandmother, Viola Hartman and one nephew, Caleb Sanderson.
