Leslee Clolinger Garner, 56, of Albemarle, NC went home to be with Jesus on July 8, 2016. Her funeral will be Tuesday July 12 at 8 PM in the Stanly Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott Faw and Rev. Wayne Willis officiating. The fam Read Obituary
Leslee was one of my best friends and I feel extremely blessed to have known her. I'm going to miss her so much, especially her laugh. She was also a very generous person and put others needs before her own. She deeply loved her family and friends and will be missed by so many. We will continue to pray for Wayne and the family. We love them all.

Leslee was such a witty and loving person. I loved to hear her, especially, pick on Pastor Ron and really get him stirred up. Anyone that knew her loved her. We will, as the family, surely miss this our sister and friend Leslee and a void that can never be filled. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Wayne and the whole family.
I knew Leslee through Central Elementary School where her children that she and Wayne are graciously raising. If I ever needed anything or had any concerns about her children she was always there. Leslee also cared for a young lady in Union County that was afflicted with polio and my mother is also disabled from the polio virus that she obtained in the 1940s. Leslee and Wayne are great people and I have been touched by their generosity and their families. Leslee will be greatly missed!
I feel my life is much better because of knowing Leslie. I'm blessed to be best friends with her sister Mona and because of our friendship I'm friends with the whole family. I'm truly gonna miss Leslie I didn't get to spend as much time with her as I would have liked to. She was so much fun to be around she always made me laugh and always made me feel welcome to her's and Waynes house. She will truly be missed. My heart and prayers go out to all the family and I pray God give you peace and comfort that only He can give. I love you all.
I will forever miss hearing Leslie's laughter, she and I were always trying to get one up on each other. I won sometimes and lost many times, but the smile on her face was always there, win or lose. I will remember her in my heart, for I loved her dearly.
I will miss that loving lady who became a dear friend to me. Her friendship I will forever cherish and never forget. I love to listen to her, she was funny, witty and a wonderful listener. Her friendship will be missed. I love you Lez!
Love and prayers to all of the family and friends. Les was an amazing lady full of life. If you were ever lucky enough to be around her, you couldn't help but to smile. If you didn't have something to smile about, she would give you something to smile about! I'll never forget the first time I met her and the stories she would tell! I'm sure she's asking God all the questions she can right now and carrying on right by his side!
We are praying for you all. We are so thankful that Leslee knew the Lord. She was a feisty, classy and fun-loving gal; she always put a smile on my face to talk with her. You have been faithful friends and neighbors for 12 years and you are being thought of and prayed for daily. We feel blessed to have known her and we know where she is and that we will see her again.
