Mr. Leonard ?Skip? Winter, age 60, a man of strong Christian faith, passed away on April 28, 2019. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at 2 PM at New Hope Worship Center, Concord with Pas Read Obituary

So sad and broken hearted, so sorry Elaine, May God hold you close and comfort you during this tough time, Skipper was the most kind hearted, caring person I ever knew, A once in a lifetime friend who will be missed. Corina, Becky, Allison, Christopher, I am so sorry for your loss. Stay strong, he loved you all very much.

Daddy I miss you so much already! No matter what you never lost your faith in me.
