Lane O?Brion Burris Sr., 71, of Locust passed away Friday, May 19, 2017 in CHS-Northeast, Concord, NC.? His funeral service will be 2 PM Tuesday, May 23, 2017 in Liberty Hill Primitive Baptist Church.? Burial will follow in the ch Read Obituary
He was the sweetest Man I ever met.. I was proud to call him my Boss and my Friend.. After he retired we kept on touch with each other.. He always looked out for me and I will truly miss my Friend.. My heart is so heavy right now.. God has him in his hands now and we will see him again.. I know that for a fact.. My prayers go out to the Family.. You husband and father may not be here in body now but his spirit and love lives in each one of you until your together again..

Lane was the biggest hearted man I've ever known. Would help anybody that he could. He was the same it didn't matter where or any time you seen him,he would come and speak and give you a hug or a handshake. Love him,his wife Jan and his sons. They are very special to my heart. Heaven's gain is definitely our loss. Will see him again in time.
