To the family of JT and Judy. JT and Judy were beautiful Christian people. I have visited in their warm and loving home on many occasions, they came to visit my grandmother (Margaret Cox) and my mom (Bobbie Dulin) many times and the time they shared with my family and I will always be a treasured memory to us. Unfortunately, we did not know that JT had passed until today, June 18. We are very sorry that we could not attend his service. However, please know that our prayers are with you as you celebrate his life. May God bless you.

I wanted to share this with Kathy, George, Gene, Nancy, Timothy and June before I posted it on here. This is what I told them. My daddy passed away 11 years ago, my mama passed 7 years ago. I felt lost. I didn't have a home to go to. But when I came to visit JT and Judy it was like coming home. The minute I turned onto Carter road I would get excited. When the door would open you could feel the love, warmth, and kindness wrap you up. I know my daughter Jamie and her family feel the same way. I am going to miss that. We would talk for hours and never run out of things to say. I told JT the last time I talked to him he would have to get better and come up and stay with me a day or two. He said I don't think I can do that. I told him I had beds and I could cook. Look at me I sure have not missed any meals. Jt and Judy have been to our house a couple of times. I hope they felt as welcomed at mine as I did at theirs. This is not exactly the way I told them but I did thank them for sharing JT and Judy with me. I am sure going to miss them. I love you all and pray that peace will find you.

JT and Judy loved Jesus Christ, and loved His Church, faithfully serving and attending for many years. Even after their health prevented them from coming, their witness and long legacy there continued.
JT served as a Deacon for many years. My fondest memory was of him, every Sunday, standing at the Church's front door, came in hand, greeting all who entered, with a warm smile and handshake.
I remember the old Bible and the pretty afghan that perpetually stayed
in the Pew where he and Judy sat every Sunday, waiting for them every week.
JT and Judy were the "salt of the earth" that had not ever lost its savor!
We loved them. May God bless their family and friends with His "peace that surpasses all understanding" knowing that they are Home now together in the presence of GOD and our LORD Jesus Christ.

Janet and I were so privileged to get to know JT and Judy over the past year. Always such welcoming, genuine people, with their door always open for visitors. I can envision them now reunited and praising their Savior together in his very presence. Our prayers and thoughts are with the family as they take comfort in their great memories and the hope of their future reunion in heaven.

JT and Rev.Jason Lee.visited my home and offered the plan of salvation to me some 47 years ago. I accepted Jesus as my savior and have never looked back. One day I will see him again. What a day of rejoicing. Love and prayers to Kathy, Gene, Timothy and their families. We are charged to step out in faith now more than ever
