With this sweet lady's passing, another piece of my childhood has passed on. However, it has also rekindled so many wonderful childhood memories spent at her home, playing with Dottie, Rocky, and Victor, and sharing time with her family.. She was one of the most compassionate, caring, and loving persons I have known. I am blessed by God to have known her. My thoughts and prayers and love are with Mr. Hinson, Dottie, Victor, and all the rest of the family at this time.
I was blessed because I had Joyce as a friend. The legacy she has left will live on, and on. If everybody had just a little of Joyce in their heart our world as we know it would be such a better place. To Mr. Don and the rest of the family, I am so sorry for the pain and the loss you are suffering. Remember if you need anything just let us all know, we are here for you always !!! I will miss you and I will always love you !!! Your sister in my heart !!!
Joyce was and is a gentle soul of peace and kindness. A true disciple of Christ.
