Joe Dalton Parker Jr., 45 of Richfield, passed away Saturday, September 23, 2017 at his home surrounded by his family. A Funeral service for Mr. Parker will be held at 2:00PM on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 in the Stanly Funeral Read Obituary
