Have been friends since high school and playing football at South Stanly.Always enjoyed seeing and talking over the years.RIP Joe.
My condolences to the entire family as they grieve the loss of a "life-long" public servant. Fortunate to know Joe from the 1st grade at Aquadale School and returning to Stanly County in the 80's to reconnect. Joe was a sincere, straight forward honest person...what he said is was what he meant, his word was his bond. Our thoughts and prayers as family and friends honor the life of a good man. RIP Joe.
