Janice Litaker Blalock's Obituary
Janice Litaker Blalock, 70, of Albemarle, passed away Saturday, February 18, 2023, at her son’s home. Her memorial service will be 11am Friday, February 24, 2023 in the Stanly Funeral Cremation Care Chapel of Albemarle with Rev. Kevin McCormic officiating. There will be no formal visitation.
Mrs. Blalock was born October 23, 1952 in Stanly County, NC to the late Robert William Litaker and Ruby Whitley Litaker. She enjoyed cooking, flowers and gardening.
Janice was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Blalock. She is survived by a son, Brian Blalock (Laura) of Millingport; two grandchildren, Justin Blalock (Jennifer) of Millingport and Derek Blalock of Norwood; two great-grandchildren, Lucas and Lillian and a brother, Larry Litaker (Linda). She is also preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Litaker.
Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care is serving the Blalock family.
