Sherry, Sandra, Kevin: Thinking of you - your Mom always had a smile on her face. She was a very kind and Christian lady. May you find comfort in knowing you had two very special parents. They are together again.

She will be missed. Loved going to their store with PA Deese and attending church with her and Mr Junior. Two of the sweetest people I had the honor of knowing and growing up with.
I was blessed to meet Mrs. Godwin in 2021, while working at Brookdale.
She welcomed me with open arms and always provided a quick pick me up during a bad day, as well as a lot of good advice.
She is one special person that I will never forget.
She loved her family oh so much, and oh how she loved her friends.
Sandra, Sherry and Kevin, please know that I'm thinking of each of you daily and will always remember that special light in your Mom's eye when she spoke of you and especially if you were on the way to visit.
Sadly I was unable to visit Mrs. Dot during the past year and oh how I missed her and our talks. Thankful to know that Mr.s Dot and Mr. Junior are together again and watching over the family that they built.
