"It is not our disabilities, it is our abilities that count!" Dottie was an awesome gal! She loved life and loved to have a good time. She was a huge influence in my life to never give up. Both being hearing impaired, some days are tough. She never let it bother her. She did not let her disability stand in her way. She made a difference in many lives. I know you are being able to hear the angels sing now. I am glad you are my cousin and I will never forget you.
