Born November 11, 1958, in Clifton Forge, Virginia, Dennis was the son of the late James Lawrence Aldridge and Mable Laura Nicely Aldridge. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy, retiring after 20 years of service in Naval Aviation as a Boatswain's Mate and military firefighter. Dennis attained the rank of ABH2 (E-5), a testament to his dedication, courage, and strong work ethic.

He is survived by his loving wife, Annette Aldridge; his sisters, Donna (Shannon) Brandvold and Peggy (Mel) Brady; his brother, Charles (Doreen) Aldridge; his sons, Michael (Amanda) Temmermand and Kevin (Patience) Temmermand; and his cherished grandchildren, Izach, Charisma, Avah, Alanah, and Celeste.
Affectionately known as "Country," Dennis was a wonderful and devoted husband, father, brother, and Pop Pop. He was a man full of life, laughter, and warmth; someone who never met a stranger and who had a natural way of making people laugh. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, watching westerns, and living life with humor and heart.
Dennis lived generously, loved deeply, and brought joy to those around him. His legacy of service, kindness, and laughter will forever remain in the hearts of his family and friends.
As Dennis himself liked to say,
"How ya like me now?"
