Cynthia Phillips Estep, 61, of Locust passed away on Friday, July 14, 2023 at Atrium Health Cabarrus. A memorial service to honor her life will be held on Tuesday, July 18, at 2 PM at the Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care Chapel i Read Obituary
So sorry for the loss of such a sweet soul. I wasn't blessed with knowing Cindy long, but she always made me feel as if we had known each other a lifetime. Her smile was so contagious! I know the employees at Signart miss her dearly and so do I. Rest in peace sweet friend.
Hi Joe, I was so sorry to hear of Cindy's passing. She was a wonderful woman. I remember the good times I had with her in the nursery at Durham. She was always telling me funny stories from the Sunday School class that y'all taught. Thoughts and prayers are with as you go through this difficult time.

Richard and I love Cindy and Joe so very much, we remember them being part of our Sunday school class in belmont NC at the church we all were members.then they moved to Locust nc and we Check on them regularly and kept our friendship alive through the years. We are here for you Joe always remember you have us and our s.s. class members, we all are praying for you and we love you!
