Cleveland "Sandy" Ramsey, 71, of Midland passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at Atrium Health Northeast, Concord. His funeral service will be 2 PM Friday, June 14, 2019 at Mill Grove United Methodist Church, Midland, with the Re Read Obituary
