Christopher James Smith of Oakboro, NC passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis. His funeral will be Sunday at 2 PM at First Baptist Church of Locust with Rev. Billy Rice, Pastor Brandon Bowe Read Obituary
He fought hard and you were right along there with him. He is alive and still with you and Trevor. Hugs and love, Edie
So sorry for your loss. My sons played football at the same time Chris did for West Stanly! & I know his nephew & niece at West Stanly Middle School. Good family! Chris will be greatly missed upon his classmates & friends.

I'm so sorry to hear this. Our hearts are breaking for you Sandra, Stevie and all of the family. I have so many memories when I used to babysit these 3 boys. Chris, Keith & Stevie.... Chris being the oldest was always on his best behavior and tried to help me keep the other 2 in line, lol. Great memories! Prayers now and will continue for strength, peace & comfort.
