Carolyn Russell McLain of Albemarle, NC, passed away Sunday, April 3, 2016, in the Trinity Place of Albemarle. Her funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Friday, April 8, 2016, in the Stanly Funeral Home Chapel, Albemarle with the Re Read Obituary
Carolyn was a really nice, kind and lovely person. She was special and a good friend.
To Cathy, Jill, Bobby, & Beth, my sympathy goes out to each of you. Your mother was like a 2nd mom. She was an awesome person and a terrific mother. She will be missed greatly as she was one of a kind. Ya'll are in my thoughts and prayers.
Carolyn and my dad, Vernon Medlin, worked together for many years at South Central Oil. I remember Carolyn as the sweetest, dearest person, always kind and always smiling. I am so sorry to hear of her passing and will keep her family and friends in my prayers for comfort. Such a precious lady.
I am so glad to have known and served Carolyn. Trust and believe her family will be in my prayers. I lost my mother in June, it has changed me more than I could ever have known.
