Betty McKinney Hartsell passed away at Forrest Oakes Nursing Facility on July 6, 2021 at the age of 87. Betty is predeceased by her husband, PL Hartsell; parents, Lawrence and Patty McKinney; sisters, Janelle Long and Joanne Litak Read Obituary
Was so sorry to just learn of Betty's passing. She was such a character and a real joy. I moved away from Albemarle but enjoyed visiting her and PL on Lake Tillery. I well remember the good ole days at Harmanco's. Larry and family, I hope God will give you peace & joy during this time. She will be missed.
