Alice was my dearest friend to the end. I will always cherish the good times we had together; there will always be a special place in my heart for her. I will miss her. We were friends for over 50 years, and we always kept that bond; nothing ever came between us. I remember the last thing I said to her was "I love you," and she replied, "I love you too. Rest in peace, my friend, until we meet again."
My sincere condolences to the Sellars family. Alice was so funny and fun to be around. We had a class uptown where we laughed and learned. It was a skills class that I recall. I remember times that she and I and my sister Janet traveled to High Point having good times. I hadn't seen Alice in a long time. I loved her anyway.
