William Harold Walker's Obituary
William Harold Walker, 75, of Albemarle passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021 in his home. His funeral will be 1 PM on Monday, September 20, 2021 at the East Albemarle Church of God with Rev. Gerald Gibson and Rev. Harry Harward officiating. Burial will follow in Stanly Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends at the church from Noon until 1 prior to the hour of the service.
Born September 15, 1946 in Montgomery County, NC, he was the son of the late William Jarrett Walker and Martha Harrison Walker. He was a member of East Albemarle Church of God and worked for many years as a contractor, finishing his last project three weeks ago.
He is survived by his fiancé Eva Floyd Helms of Albemarle, a brother Max Walker of New London, sister Jettie Whitley of Albemarle, two grandchildren Josh Harvell of Albemarle and Kaleb Walker of Mount Pleasant, two great-grandchildren Gabriel and Zaiden Walker. He was preceded in death by two sons, Brandon and Kevin Walker, brother Bobby Walker and sister Connie Loflin.
