William Link Green's Obituary
William Link Green, 54, of New London, passed away Saturday May 16, 2020 at his home. A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Saturday May 23, 2020 at his home.
Mr. Green was born March 21, 1966 in Gaston County, NC and was the son of Mary Nell Cole Rickettson of Lincolnton, NC and the late Joseph Monroe Green. He was a member of Vortex Church.
William is survived by his wife Mary Ann Forsythe Green of the home. Other survivors include four daughters, Trinity Efird (Billie) of Albemarle, NC, Lynzee Butler of Gastonia, NC, Chelsie Tucker of Albemarle, NC and Daneysha Ingram of Albemarle, NC; a brother Edward Green of Gastonia, NC; two sisters, Jodie Phillips of Gastonia, NC and Rebecca Morales of Gaston, NC and eleven grandchildren. Mr. Green is also preceded in death by a son, Byran Derek Forsythe and a brother, Joseph M. Green, Jr.
Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care of Albemarle is serving the Green family.
