William Lee Coggins' Obituary
William Lee Coggins, 83, of Badin, NC, passed away Sunday
May 12, 2019 at the Hospice and Palliative Care of Cabarrus County, Kannapolis,
NC. His graveside rites will be held 1 PM on Monday, May 20, 2019 in the
Salisbury National Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
William was born September 2, 1935 in Stanly County, NC and was the son of the late John Columbus ?JC? Coggins, Sr. and Lois Ruby Johnson Coggins. He was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church and an enthusiast hunter. William was a Veteran of the United States Air Force.
Mr. Coggins is survived by four sons Ronald Joe Coggins (Mischelle)
of Summerville, SC, John Edward Coggins (Andrea) of Ladson, SC, Donald Lee Coggins
of Hanahan, SC and Jason Edward Coggins (Jenny) of Kathleen, GA.; two daughters
Rebecca Price (Tyler) of Fayetteville, NC and Susan Coggins Pace (Billy) of Hanahan,
SC; a brother Clyde Coggins of Badin, NC and sister Nancy Thompson of Ft.
Bragg, NC.
