William Lee Carter, Jr.'s Obituary
Mr. William Lee Carter, Jr., age 56, of Monroe, North Carolina, passed away Thursday, May 29, 2014, at Monroe Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral Services to Celebrate the Life of Lee Carter will be conducted at 1:00 PM Saturday, May 31, 2014, at Davis Funeral Chapel, officiated by Reverend Denise Kilgo-Martin.
Interment will follow at Lakeland Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Carter was born on December 4, 1957, in Union County, North Carolina, a son of Sarah Aycoth Carter Carpenter of Monroe and the late William Lee Carter, Sr.
He was a beautician.
Survivors include his mother, Sarah Aycoth Carter Carpenter of Monroe; a daughter, Christine C. Soto and Steven of New York City, New York; a brother, Aaron Eugene Carter of Monroe; a sister, Kimberly C. Wade of Monroe; and a granddaughter, Jocelyna Soto of New York City, New York.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM Saturday, May 31, 2014, at Davis Funeral Home in Monroe, 1003 East Franklin Street.
