William Henry Barton, Jr.'s Obituary
Mr. William Henry Barton, Jr., age 72, of Monroe, North Carolina , passed away Thursday, September 26, 2013, at the McWhorter Hospice House in Monroe, North Carolina.
Funeral Services will be held at a later date.
Mr. Barton was born on March 3, 1941, in Clare, Michigan, a son of the late William Henry Barton and Gertrude Barton. He was married to the late Catheryn Thompson Barton.
He was a retired chemical engineer with ADM with over 30 years of dedicated service.
He was also in the Marine Corps.
Survivors include his companion, Rachel Harper Kye of Monroe; a daughter, Jane Barton Porter of Burgaw, NC; a sister, Martha Van Ellen of Newaygo, Michigan; and a granddaughter, Sharon Porter of Burgaw, NC.
