Dr. Fort was the the most kind, gentle & compassionate person. He will be greatly missed.
Dr. Fort was truly a gentleman. He was very compassionate and cared greatly for his patients. Yes he always had a smile. He was diffently an asset to our County. He delivered my first born. He could have written a book on his life and it would have been a best seller. He gave of himself to help others.

I send the family my sympathy for their loss. He was a special doctor and I am pleased that he delivered all 3 of my children. He was caring and friendly to a scared mother!

Dr.Fort was integral in training me as an OB/Gyn nurse just out of nursing school starting in 1974. He was an excellent physician, a gentleman and a wonderful mentor! My sympathies to the family on your loss.
