Mrs. Wanda Dianne Russell Whaley, age 69, of Monroe, NC entered eternal rest on Saturday, June 18, 2016, at McWhorter Hospice House.
Memorial Services to celebrate her life will be held 4: 00 PM Saturday, June 25, 2016 at her home, 5900 Newell Drive Monroe, NC, 28112.
Mrs. Whaley was born November 10, 1946 in Mobile, AL a daughter of Hulon Wesley Russell and Dorothy Palmer Russell.
Wanda was a sales representative at Whaley Associates.
She is survived by her husband William Michael Whaley of Monroe, NC; her two sons Richard Wayne Peterson of Charlotte, NC, and Matthew Alexander Whaley of Waxhaw, NC; one stepdaughter Melise Whaley; and there are six grandchildren.
