Virginia Gail Helms' Obituary
Virginia "Gail" Helms, 66, of Monroe passed away on October 4, 2023 in her home. Her funeral service will be 2 PM on Monday, October 9, 2023 in the Davis Funeral Service Chapel. Burial will follow in Lakeland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Service from 1 until 2 PM on Monday prior to the hour of the service.
Born July 5, 1957 in Union County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Carl Edward Guion and Ada Frances Alexander. She worked at Wal-Mart as a Department Manager.
Mrs. Helms is survived by three children; Robert Wright of Monroe, Clinton Helms of Monroe, Tina Lucas (Patrick) of Star, brother Carl Guion Jr. of Peachland, sisters Debra Kay Hildreth of Polkton and Pat Threatt of Morven, seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
