Tonya Fraley's Obituary
Tonya Fraley, 56, of Albemarle passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at Tucker Hospice House. Her memorial service will be at 4 pm on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at the Stanly Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Pastor Ron Loflin. The family will receive friends from 2-4 pm prior to the service at Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care of Albemarle.
Tonya was born in Stanly County on April 16, 1968, to the late Horace Morton and Betty Page who survives her. She is lovingly survived by her sons Joseph Fraley (Charlotte) of Albemarle and Anthony Fraley of Albemarle. Those also left to cherish her memory are grandchildren Felicity Fraley and Kayson Fraley, sister Bonnie Gibson (Bart), and brother Tim Morton.
Tonya worked for many years at the Taylor House where she enjoyed caring for the elderly. She was a devout Christian and loved her Lord Savior, Jesus Christ. Tonya loved traveling to the beach. She enjoyed playing the piano and listening to Elvis. Tonya will be missed by all who knew her.
