Toby Dale Smith's Obituary
Toby Dale Smith, 50, of Mount Pleasant passed away Saturday, March 27, 2021 at his home. His funeral service will be 11am Saturday, April 3, 2021 in the Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care Chapel in Locust with Rev. Keith Walters officiating. Burial will follow in the Ridgecrest Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 until 11 AM prior to the hour of the service.
Born June 5, 1970 in Albemarle, NC he was the son of the late Willie J. Smith and Ruth Furr Smith. He was a veteran of the US Navy and worked as a Poultry Farmer. He loved to fish and was an avid fisherman.
Mr. Smith is survived by his wife of 22 years, Heather Ann Honohan Smith of the home, daughter Zoe Rose Smith, son Zachary Dale Smith of the home and four siblings. A brother preceded him in death.
