Thomas Clyde Moose, III, “Moose”, 68, of Fairview, NC passed away Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at Presbyterian Main, Charlotte, NC. There will be a Celebration of Life at his home on Saturday, February 19, 2022 from 2pm until 4pm.
Tom was born October 26, 1953 in Mecklenburg County, NC to the late Thomas Clyde Moose, Jr. and Edith Ward Moose. He retired from Town & Country Ford in Charlotte as a parts salesman. Tom was a devout Christian praying every night. He loved hunting and taking camping trips with his wife. He enjoyed gaming, was a jokester and his sense of humor will be missed. Tom was a devoted husband, Dad and Papa.
Tom is survived by his wife Martha Clontz Moose of the home. He is also survived by a son, David Moose (Ashley) of Wilmington, NC; a daughter, Nikki Boone (Matt) of Locust, NC; five grandchildren, Kali Boone (Dennis Rogers), Colton Boone, Mac Middleton, Peyton Moose and Ellisyn Moose; brother, Gary Barnes (Lee) of Four Oaks, NC and a special cousin, Jane Taylor (Robert) of Charlotte, NC.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes contributions to the Childrens Home Society of North Carolina, 604 Meadows Street, Greensboro, NC 27405.
