Theresa Page Beck's Obituary
Theresa Ann Page Beck, passed away on Tuesday, February 28, at the Grand Strand Medical Center, in Myrtle Beach SC. The family will receive friends at New Vine Baptist Church on Tuesday March 7th from 9:45AM-10:45AM with a funeral service following at 11:00AM. Officiating the service will be Speaker’s Roger Hoffman and Danny Lee. Burial will follow in Fairview Memorial Park.
Theresa was born August 6, 1957, in Stanly County, NC, the daughter of the late Raeford Page and Margaret Lucille Lorch Page. She was a graduate of Western Carolina University with a BA in Special Education. Theresa retired as an educator with the Columbus County School System. She was a member of Believers Bible Chapel in Longs, SC. She was very fond of all her special needs children and adults and her granddaughter. Her two favorite things were spending time with her granddaughter and watching her learn and grow. She also had a dog named Caroline that she loved as well.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph Guy Beck, two sons, Joshua Gui Beck of Tabor City, NC and Joseph Christian Beck of Tabor City, NC, one daughter, Courtney Beck of Ash, NC, one granddaughter, Brielle Christiana Beck and one sister, Denise Page of Albemarle. She is predeceased by a sister, Brenda Cook, and a brother Larry D. Page.
