Tanner Wayne House's Obituary
Tanner Wayne House, 24, of Albemarle, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2023. His memorial service will be 6:30pm Monday, June 26, 2023 at Grace Baptist Church with Rev. Delane Burris and Rev. Mark Page officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 26, 2023 from 4pm until 6pm at Grace Baptist Church prior to the service.
He was born July 1, 1998 in Stanly County, NC to William Heath “Nicky” House and Tangy Bonita Osteen House. Tanner was a 2016 graduate of North Stanly High School. He was employed with Maudlin Tree Service and co-owner of T & R Land Services. Tanner enjoyed riding dirt bikes, and hunting. He loved being with his friends and his dogs, Turbo and Roxane. Tanner especially loved helping all who needed help and his best friend, Laney Jane.
He is survived by his parents, Tangy Osteen House of Albemarle, NC and Nicky House (Kathy) of New London, NC; sister, Laney Jane House of Albemarle, NC; grandmother, Jane B. Osteen of Albemarle, NC; great grandmother, Annie J. Osteen of Albemarle, NC and also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, friends, and his work family, Joanie and Eric Mauldin of Albemarle, NC. Tanner was also preceded in death by his grandfather, Robah A. Osteen and grandmother, Dorothy Smith.
