Tammy Faye Workman's Obituary
Mrs. Tammy Faye Williams Workman, age 55, of Pageland, SC, passed away Friday, August 20, 2021 at Atrium Health Union.
Tammy was born January 6, 1966, in Los Angles County, California, a daughter of Thomas Williams and Judy Walker Williams. With a spirit both beautiful and courageous, Tammy pursued her passion and became a paramedic. Dedicating much of her life to helping and saving the lives of others, she was known and respected as one of the best and most talented in her field. The advanced skill, techniques, and medical training she acquired placed her in many circumstances where she provided hope to those who otherwise had none. Her compassion also extended to four-legged friends, and Tammy used her abilities to rescue many animals. Putting others first wasn't just a line of work, it was a way of life. Tammy always welcomed anyone into her home as if they were her own family. When it came to her family, Tammy always took the time to make sure they knew how much she loved them. A loving and devoted wife and mother, she truly valued the time spent with her loved ones. Tammy was also a wonderful Mimi to her nieces and nephews, and an extraordinary grandmother to the granddaughter she truly adored. A woman who made an incredible impact on the lives of family and complete strangers in need, Tammy will be forever remembered by every life she touched with warmth and love.
In addition to her parents, left to cherish her memory is her husband, Dale, her daughter, Avery, her sister, Cindy, her brother, Tommy, her granddaughter, Nayeli, her nieces; Kat and Emily, her nephews; Gabe and Lucas, her sister-in-law, Cynthia, and her great niece Izzie.
