Sylvia Kay Ussery Wilhoit's Obituary
Sylvia Kay Ussery Wilhoit, 56, of Albemarle passed away on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Bethany Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Visitation will be held from 6-8PM on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care of Albemarle. A celebration of life service will be held at 11AM on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 in the Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care Chapel in Albemarle officiated by Rev. Kevin Munson.
Sylvia was born January 14, 1965 in Stanly County to the late Edna Louise Lowder Usssery and James Ernest Ussery. She enjoyed going to the beach for vacation. Mrs. Wilhoit loved life and had a passion for growing flowers.
Mrs. Wilhoit is survived by her husband of 39 years Donnie Joe Wilhoit; daughters: Sylvia Page (Tommy) of Albemarle, and Cynthia Hathcock (Justin Greene) of Albemarle; son: Michael Wilhoit of Albemarle; grandchildren: Brittney Mcinnis, Andrea Mcinnis, Caleb Hathcock, Katelyn Hathcock, Riley Hathcock, and Hailey Hathcock; sisters: Deborah Hill of Albemarle, and Jo Ussery of Albemarle.
Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care of Albemarle is serving the Wilhoit family.
