I am sorry to hear of Mr. Silas' passing. I got to know him through his daughter, Vickie "BB".Â We worked together at the Union County Board of Elections until her death.Â I am so thankful that I got to know Vickie and her family.Â She was a person that loved life and her family. Her father was very special to her and you could tell that she loved him and all of her family.Â I hope the rest of the family will take comfort in knowing that Mr. Silas, Jo Ann and Vickie are all together now in heaven!Â I will be thinking of you all.
