Sidney Allen "Sid" Almond of Albemarle, aged 83, passed away October 22, 2019 at CMC Northeast in Concord, North Carolina. A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, October 25, 2019 at 10 AM in the Stanly Funeral Home Chap Read Obituary
Sid was such a well liked man and a joy to be around. I know the entire family will miss him and may your faith guide you in these dark days.. You will see him again.! Ann, you and I went to high school together and I especially wish you the best . God Bless you all.

Sid was an unforgettable man. I had the privilege of being his friend and physician for 36 years. He always had a definite and well thought out opinion on many matters. Ann was a most devoted wife, seeing him through some very difficult health issues. He lived a full life and left a lasting mark on my life.
