Shirley Morris-Bell, 88, of Locust passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 in her home. A memorial service to honor her life will be held at 3 PM on Sunday, May 5, 2024 at Mineral Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Kinny Wallace officiating.
Born October 25, 1935 in Pasquatank County, NC she was the daughter of the late Joseph Lloyd Tuttle and Beulah May Williams Tuttle. She was a homemaker and an active member of Mineral Springs Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her first husband William Morris in 2002 and her second husband John Bell in 2010.
