Mrs. Shirley Sykes Biggers Huneycutt, age 83, of Monroe, North Carolina, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2019, at Brookdale Union Park.
Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 23, 2019, at Sharon Memorial Park Cemetery, 5400 Monroe Road, Charlotte, NC 28212.
Mrs. Huneycutt was born on November 7, 1936, in Norfolk, Virginia, a daughter of the late Fletcher Conway Sykes and Sarah Ruth Hutto Sykes.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Peggy Ruth "Cookie" Biggers Hughes.
She was a retired accountant with Parker Accounting.
Survivors include her brother, Grady Sykes of Raleigh, NC
