Sharri Barringer Stein's Obituary
Sharri Barringer Stein, 74, of Richfield passed away on March 15, 2023 at Atrium Health Stanly. Her funeral service will be at 2 PM on Tuesday March 21, 2023 in the Stanly Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 6 until 8 PM.
Born October 31, 1948 in Cabarrus County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Felix Jonas Barringer and Jean Cole Barringer. She was retired employee of Trinity Place in the house keeping department.
She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Carlyle Stein Jr. Survivors include son Carl Stein (Angie) of China Grove, daughters Cindi Tipton (Bill) of New London, and Sandra Lomax of Denton, five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by Eric Lomax and brother-in-law Tony Smith.
