Sarim Dowdy's Obituary
Sarim Dowdy, 61, of Monroe passed away on March 4, 2023 in the McWhorter Hospice House in Monroe.
Born January 11, 1962 in Cambodia, she was the daughter of Yok Seng of Long Beach, California and Sany Mai of Monroe. She was a talented Hairstylist in Stockton California and was the owner of Glamour Cuts. She enjoyed playing volleyball, loved her profession, and giving back to people.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband Charles Dowdy of Monroe, and three children Phanalis Chhim of Monroe, Chanvantha Chhim of Monroe, and Sopanha Mao of Monroe.
