Sarah Love Hinson's Obituary
Mrs. Sarah Love Hinson, 79, formerly of Albemarle, NC, passed away on Friday, October 13, 2023, at Tucker Hospice House, Kannapolis, NC, surrounded by her family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Monday, October 16, 2023, at Stanly Funeral & Cremation Care in Albemarle. Her Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 2 pm at Stanly Funeral & Cremation Care Chapel in Albemarle, NC, with Pastor Ron Loflin officiating. Burial will follow at Stanly Gardens of Memory.
Mrs. Hinson was born June 2, 1944, in Stanly County, to the late Craig and Rosa Love. She is survived by her husband Tommy Hinson. Mrs. Hinson is lovingly remembered by her daughters; Bridgette Clark of Albemarle, NC and Tammy House (Chad) of Albemarle, NC. She is also survived by brother, Glen Love (Marlee) and sisters, Elizabeth Conklin and Betty Page. Mrs. Hinson is also survived by grandchildren Asheton House, Taylon House, Derek Helms and Robert Wallace, Stepchildren Todd Hinson and Scotty Hinson, step-grandchildren; Shelby Hinson, Josh Hinson, Tyler Hinson, Amande Hinson and Carrie Ann Hinson. She is also survived by great grandchildren Chance, Denver, Caden and many step-great grandchildren. Mrs. Hinson is predeceased by a son Chris Wallace, brother; Kenneth Love, sister; Willene Hinson and two brothers-in-law Wade Hinson and George Conklin.
Mrs. Hinson is best known by her family as the most loving and caring Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Mrs. Hinson spent her career in the Textile industry and in her later years keeping children. She loved cooking, canning, flowers and her k-9 companions. Her and her husband loved to go to flee markets and farmers markets.
