Sandra Ann Howell's Obituary
Sandra Ann Howell, 64, of Locust passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 in her home. A memorial service to honor her life will held at Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care of Locust at 3 PM on Sunday, April 13, 2025.
Born May 14, 1960 in Mecklenburg County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Wallace Winchester and Pauline Hoyle Winchester Wright. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Howell enjoyed spending time at the river and being in nature. She loved to watch birds, loved her cats, and loved to spend time talking with her friends. She loved her family dearly.
Mrs. Howell is survived by boyfriend Steve Hinson of the home. Other survivors include daughter Christine Duggins of Fort Mill, SC, and son Jimmy Charles Kendall III of SC, and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
