Ruby Frick Mauney's Obituary
Ruby Frick Mauney, 68, of Albemarle, NC, passed away Sunday August 13, 2017 in the CHS Tucker Hospice House, Kannapolis, NC. Her funeral service will be 2 PM Saturday August 19, 2017 at Landmark Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny Holt and Rev. Brian Hartsell officiating. Burial will follow in the New London Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:30 prior to the service at Landmark Baptist Church.
Ms. Mauney was born on September 14, 1948 in Stanly County, NC and was the daughter of the late Carl Ben Frick and Helen Roberson Frick. She was a homemaker and attended Landmark Baptist Church.
Ms. Mauney is survived by a son Kelly Morton of Albemarle, NC, daughter Anita Morton of Albemarle, NC, two grandchildren: Eric Burleson of Albemarle, NC and Magan Sisler of Albemarle, NC, four great-grandchildren: Nathan Neelon, Brantley Almond, Easton Almond and Waylon Sisler, three sisters: Judy Shaver of Maysville, GA., Arilla Holt of Albemarle, NC and Marlene Efird of Albemarle, NC, and a brother. Ms. Mauney was preceded in death by two brothers, Randy Frick and Scottie Frick.
