I grew up living across the street from Roger, Chris, and Nicole. Roger was a generous, humble neighbor who never failed to step in when our family needed to borrow a tool, his hardworking spirit, or his troubleshooting mind to figure out how to accomplish a project. He was a quiet force of love and will be missed.
For the past 30 years or so I have known Roger Dart. We were friends through work, as we worked together at various companies in recent decades;most recently we worked together at Utz. Roger was always good to work with. He was genuinely giving and caring, and impacted many lives in a positive way, I was fortunate to be among those. He will be missed by many no doubt, but he ran a race to be proud of, and now it's time for Roger to rest. I pray for his family and friends, that the Lord will provide comfort and strength through these difficult times. I thank God for the friend Roger was to me, and I look forward to seeing him again in Glory when my time comes.
The Dart family has been in my children's and grandchildren lives for over 20 years. Chris and Rodger were always there for each one of my family. Whether they needed a friend to talk to, borrow something, share some laughs or food, to letting my grandson swing on their swings. Chris was that great person everyone loved. He was a devoted husband to his treasured wife Chris and devoted father to his son and daughter. We were all so much richer for having known Roger. May he rest in peace as our love and prayers will be with his beautiful family.
