Mr. Robert Henry Ingram, age 88 passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2016 in the Bethany Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Albemarle, N.C.? His graveside service will be on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at 3:00 PM in the New London Cemetery?New London, N.C.? The family will receive friends at the New London United Methodist?Church Fellowship Hall following the graveside service.
Mr. Ingram was born September 1, 1927 in Stanly County, N.C. to the late Horace F. Ingram and Edith Klutz Ingram and was a retired employee of Wiscassett Mill Company.? He graduated from New London High School.? Mr. Ingram was a member of New London United Methodist Church where he served as Treasurer for over 20 years and was secretary for Sunday School.
Mr. Ingram was married to Patricia R. Ingram of the home whom he married April 14, 1965.? He is also survived by? nieces and nephews.? He is preceded in death?by three brothers, Charles Ingram, Clyde Ingram and Billy Ingram.
