Robert Eugene Cordell, 87, of Locust, passed away December 27, 2022, at Novant Health Mint Hill,
NC.
His funeral service will be 2pm Saturday, December 31, 2022, in the Stanly Funeral and Cremation
Care Chapel of Locust with Rev. Keith Walters officiating. Burial will follow in Oakboro Cemetery.
Mr. Cordell was born October 17, 1935, in Fletcher NC, to the late Julius Harold Cordell and Lula
Mae Cordell.
He is survived by his daughter Sheri and predeceased by his loving wife Mary.
