Rickey Joe Troutman's Obituary
Rickey Joe Troutman, 62, of Badin, Passed away Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Atrium Health Cabarrus. His graveside service will be 2pm Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at Stanly Gardens of Memory with Rev. Kenneth Burris officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12:30pm until 1:30pm prior to the graveside at Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care.
Mr. Troutman was born October 23, 1960 in Stanly County, NC to the late Walter Troutman and Bonnie Lee Phillip Troutman. He retired from the Stanly County Solid Waste as a convenience center operator. Rickey was a member of Fairview Baptist Church. He loved his Lord, church, his family and his dog, Peanut. Mr. Troutman had a special place in his heart for his aunt Shirley.
Rickey was preceded in death by his wife, Deborah M. Troutman on February 21, 2022. He is survived by his aunt, Shirley Smith of Albemarle; cousins, Craig Smith of Albemarle and Tammy Morgan of Albemarle, Judy Hatley of New London and Nelson Phillips of New London and other extended family.
